What to Expect with Our Camping Yoga Retreat



🧘‍♀️ Daily Yoga & Meditation

  • Morning sessions: Often energizing yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, etc.) to start your day.

  • Evening sessions: Gentle or restorative flows, sometimes followed by guided meditation or breathwork.

  • Classes are held on the group campsite area, out on a grassy lawn, or near water—very connected to nature.


🔥 Simple but Soulful Accommodations

  • Tent camping (bring your own)

  • Shared outdoor bathrooms/showers or eco-toilets.

  • Fire pits, lanterns, and a return to elemental living.


🥗 Wholesome Meals

  • Bring your favorite foods and snacks to eat.

  • Sometimes we hold potluck style or provide one meal or dessert.

  • Communal dining encourages connection.

  • Sometimes fasting or detox options are available if this is your choice.


🌌 Connection with Nature

  • Hiking, swimming, or nature walks may be included.

  • Time to unplug from tech and reconnect with the Earth.

  • Stargazing and campfire storytelling are common evening treats.


💞 Community & Self-Discovery

  • Sharing circles, journaling, or creative workshops.

  • Opportunities for deep conversations or sacred silence.

  • Supportive, inclusive atmosphere—perfect for solo travelers too.


🔮 Spiritual or Mindful Extras

  • Some retreats may include:

    • Sound healing or reiki

    • Cacao or moon ceremonies

    • Intention-setting or manifestation rituals

    • Christian or faith-based elements (depending on the theme)


🌟 Bonus Tips

  • Pack light but wise: Yoga mat, layers for all weather, natural bug spray, flashlight, journal.

  • Be open: Things may be less “glam” but often deeply transformative.

  • Prepare to unplug: Most retreats ask you to limit phone use and could have limited connectivity (depending on the location) to deepen presence.
